What makes our People and Change service different

What it delivers
At S&A Transform, our People & Change CoE helps organisations design operating models, structures, and roles that enable growth, while shaping workforce strategies that balance people, skills, and technology. We build leadership and team capability through coaching, learning, and the S&A Academy, and we redefine employee experiences to strengthen engagement and retention.
Our work also focuses on orchestrating cultural and behavioural change that sticks, not slips. Alongside this, we provide practical HR advisory support across policy, compliance, reward, performance, and employee relations.
People and Change – in practice
For one client, it meant reshaping an HR function to become a true partner to the business, with data-driven workforce planning and more impactful employee experiences. For another, it was about equipping leaders to lead transformation authentically, creating clarity and connection in a fast-moving environment.
For a third, it was about supporting a major merger. We designed the new organisation structure, harmonised people policies, and orchestrated cultural integration across geographies. Employees felt part of “one company” within 90 days, while disruption to customers was kept to a minimum.
